Redwood City police arrested a Union City man earlier this month they said was in possession of more than $6,000 worth of drugs, including fentanyl, heroin and methamphetamine, according to a news release from the Redwood City Police Department.
Matthew Hendrysiegfrie, 27, was booked into the San Mateo County Jail after police arrested him on April 4. Police said they searched Hendrysiegfrie and his vehicle where they discovered he was keeping a sizeable amount of narcotics --$6,400 worth of drugs-- that they believed he was using to sell to others.
The San Mateo County District Attorney's Office on April 15 filed multiple felony charges, including sale of controlled substance and possession for sale of a controlled substance.
Hendrysiegfrie is out of jail on a $25,000 bond as of April 20, according to court records.
His next court date is scheduled for June.
