Redwood City Council candidates discuss top issues in Monday night forum

Five council hopefuls answer questions about housing, climate and economic recovery

The Redwood City Pulse on Monday, Sept 19 hosted a city council candidates' forum featuring candidates Margaret Becker, Kaia Eakin, Alison Madden, Jerome Madigan and Chris Sturken. The candidates were invited to speak about their platforms and positions. The forum was hosted by journalists Michelle Iracheta and Leah Worthington. Questions included everything from the growing housing crisis to building climate resilience to revitalizing the city's economy. Current council member Diane Howard was not present.
