A man was shot and injured near the intersection of Jackson Avenue and Adams Street in Redwood City on Wednesday night, according to the Redwood City Police Department.
Redwood City police officers responded to reports of gunshots around 9:36 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 25, 2024. When officers arrived, they found a man suffering from a single gunshot wound, according to a department news release. The man was transported to a local hospital, where he remains in critical but stable condition.
The investigation is ongoing, and no suspects have been identified. Authorities are urging anyone with information to contact the Redwood City Police Department.
