Redwood City voters to decide on rent control in November

Rent control voters will decide in November whether to adopt rent control and expanded tenant protections. 

The City Council voted unanimously Tuesday evening to place a rent control measure on the Nov. 3 ballot. The multi-faceted ordinance would establish rent stabilization and add tenant protections and anti-harassment safeguards.
