Getting your Trinity Audio player ready...

Good morning, Redwood City.

Redwood City truly is the place to be on the Fourth of July! Here's what's in store for tomorrow.

There will be a Pancake Breakfast from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. at Fire Station 9, supporting our local firefighters. Located at Fire Station 9, 755 Marshall St. Breakfast is $10.

Redwood City's Independence Day Parade begins at 10 a.m. at Brewster Avenue and Winslow Street.

After the parade, there will be a festival filled with arts and crafts booths, food, drinks, and kid-friendly activities at Courthouse Square, 2200 Broadway St.

The day will close with a fireworks show at the Port of Redwood City at 9:30 p.m.

If you'd like to celebrate early, stop by Courthouse Square today. Local chalk artists will be out creating temporary masterpieces at Redwood City's Courthouse Square today and tomorrow until 5p.m.

And don't forget to swing by the San Mateo County History Museum while you're at Courthouse Square tomorrow. There will be kid-friendly activities starting at 10 a.m. and a film screening at 1 p.m. The museum is located at 2200 Broadway. Tickets: $3 for adults, $2 for students and seniors, and free for children 5 and under.

Thank you Gato K. Rivera for today's photo, "deers enjoying the lush greens of Cañada College landscape."
