This Jan. 28 and 29 is garage sale weekend in Redwood City's Central Neighborhood. Residents can visit various sales and free giveaways and explore the neighborhood. While the garage sale is sponsored by the Central Neighborhood, bargain hunters from everywhere are encouraged to attend!
Parking in the Central neighborhood will be limited, so consider walking, biking, carpooling, or other alternative forms of transportation.
The boundaries of the Central Neighborhood are approximately Jefferson Avenue, El Camino Real, Redwood Avenue, and Gordon /McKinley /Dickey /Myrtle streets. For specifics, please visit the City's Neighborhood Associations page or Central Neighborhood RWC for a map.
If you're planning on having a garage sale and want to be added to the list, email taylor.kubota@outlook.com to be added to the map of participating Central addresses.

- 1113 Clinton Street: Sat. 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. and Sun. TBD – Dog friendly!
- 833 Clinton Street: Sat. 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. – Estate sale
- 1168 Cleveland Street: Sat. 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. – Tools, clothes, pictures, 49er items along with lots of miscellaneous items and some free items also
- 553 Madison Avenue: Sun. 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. – Clothes, small appliances, office supplies, kitchen items, and many high-quality goods. Many free items, as well.
- 450-499 Vera Avenue: Sat. and Sun. – Furniture, toys, clothes, shoes and musical instruments (drums, Gemeinhardt flute, Violin 1/8, 1/4 and 1/2 and 4/4)
- 1360 Gordon Street: Sat. until items are gone – Clothes, office/kitchen items
- 153 Lowell Street: Sat. 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and Sun. 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. (some free items will be available outside these hours) – Toys, housewares, clothes, shoes and bigger items include keyboard, kids telescope and chocolate fountain/fondue pot
- 1189 Virginia Avenue: Sat. 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Sun TBD – Furniture, women's clothing, sofas, antique stereo, display cabinets, dressers, small freezer (see furniture on Facebook Marketplace)
