Don’t forget to visit the Kiwanis Farmers Market tomorrow, which opens at 8 a.m. at 500 Arguello St. Community members continue to gather Fridays at 4:30 p.m. at Jefferson and El Camino to protest federal budget cuts they say harm public schools, special education, health care, and support for immigrants, veterans, and LGBTQ+ communities.

SURJ Redwood City is joining a statewide push by the California Teachers Association against education cuts. Upcoming protests are also planned for June 6 and July 14. More info: cta.org.
