Pets In Need (PIN) has appointed Laura Toller Gardner as its Chief Executive Officer.
Gardner succeeds Teri Dunwoody, who now resumes her finance director position. With a background in nonprofit leadership, Gardner has held executive roles at organizations such as Peninsula Jewish Community Center, YMCA of the Mid-Peninsula, and the Harker School.
As part of the executive leadership team, Gardner will collaborate with the Directors of Shelter Medicine, Shelter Operations, Finance, and Programs to strengthen PIN's operations and work towards ending pet homelessness in Redwood City and Palo Alto.
