What to know about Strawberries!

A farm stand’s strawberries reduce the risk of spoilage by moving the berries from the field to the market within a very limited period following picking. On the other hand, many supermarket strawberries may be picked before they are fully ripe, and then are ripened artificially with ethylene gas, which can affect their taste!

So…come get some Albion strawberries this Saturday and enjoy something sweeter and more intense! The vendors will help you make your choices!

Fruit from the farm! Great for kids!

The farmers have set out tasting stations. Come try!
