Redwood City police are asking the public’s assistance in locating a 70-year-old man who went missing from a senior care facility.

Norman Clifford was last seen at 3 p.m. Thursday at the Hawthorne House senior care facility, located at 251 Jackson Ave., police said.
Clifford is described as having white hair and brown eyes, and stands 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighs 180 pounds. When last seen, he was wearing a Running Bull fleece jacket, a white shirt, and dark-colored pants.
Police said Clifford is at risk due to schizophrenia and major cognitive decline. Authorities urge anyone who sees him to contact the Redwood City Police Department immediately at (650) 780-7100.
