Getting your Trinity Audio player ready...

Good Morning, Redwood City!

Hope you had a restful weekend. The city today is commemorating the completion of the Middlefield Road Streetscape project. The celebration will include a ribbon-cutting ceremony at the corner of Middlefield Road and Cassia Street at 2 p.m. Our reporter Leah will be out there, so be sure to say, "Hi!"

She'll also be stopping by the Domini Hoskins Black History Museum & Learning Center, which is hosting a special Black History Month exhibit at at 890 Jefferson Avenue in Redwood City. The exhibit opened on Saturday and will run all month. Have you been yet?

Redwood City police officers last week helped Antioch police catch a suspect in a double homicide at a Redwood City train station. Read more about it here

We're thinking about making some changes to our website. Please let us know if there is anything you'd like to see or any feedback you might have. I'd love to hear it.

Signing off,

Michelle + Leah
