Good morning!
Breaking news! Man-eating Yeti spotted in Redwood City!
It happened around 8:35 a.m. on Broadway when a woman spotted a strange beast with sharp fangs and long claws roaming her neighborhood in Mt. Carmel. She quickly phoned the police, and when they arrived, all they found was a bloody trail and a scrap of men's clothing. There was also a footprint, which a forensic cryptozoologist later determined to be that of a yeti, also known as Bigfoot. Police determined that the Yeti had eaten the man, but his body has not yet been found. Authorities are asking the public to be on the lookout for strange monster-looking man-beasts who might look hungry and not approach. Instead, contact the authorities.
I hope you enjoyed our April Fools' Day story. Relax, there are no yetis in Redwood City. Can't say the same about monster-looking man-beasts, though.
Be safe out there!
