Good morning, Redwood City!

Way down in the hole

Well, not quite. But Redwood City needs to make some "very substantial changes in services," if it wants to stay in the black. But as City Manager Melissa Stevenson Diaz told council members over the weekend, that could come at a cost. Have a great Monday! Lots of news is on the way.
