College Park Girl Scouts Troop 61740 is continuing their four-year relationship with Redwood City's American Legion Auxiliary Unit 105.
The Legion unit delivered 30 Valentine's Day gift bags on behalf of the Girl Scouts to veterans.
The veteran residents at the VA-Menlo Park Living Facility were given handmade flowers, cookies, candies, toiletries and cards. New VA Rec Therapist Kimberly accepted the gifts.
The College Park Girl Scouts have been working with the American Legion Auxiliary Unit 105 since 2020 on various projects benefiting patients at the VA. The Auxiliary delivered the gift bags last week to the building.
