Good morning and happy Tuesday!
The Redwood City School District is hosting an Equity Summit this morning with a panel discussion on the importance of race and equity in our schools. What would you like to know more about regarding equity at RCSD? Send me an email with any questions or comments and I'll let you know how it goes.
Disasters can happen to anyone…Are you prepared? To celebrate Earthquake Preparedness Month, join your friends and neighbors in learning how to be safe and prepared in case of earthquakes, fires, and floods at the upcoming Peninsula Community Disaster Preparedness Fair.
We heard about a collision in the parking lot of the Safeway on Woodside Rd. Did you see it, or do you have photos? Send me an email.
The current art installation on Courthouse Square is "Portrait of my aunts, uncles, cousins, sisters, brothers, others, parents, and grandparents" by Hector Dionicio Mendoza and it will be on display until April 30. Stop by the art kiosk to see it before it's gone!
Today's photo is from Jill Clardy. "Thursday morning at Edgewood Park; the green hills are lovely, dotted with wildflowers. March 24, 2022."
We would love to feature your shots of Redwood City! Email us your photos to have them featured in our newsletter.
