Good morning, Redwood City.
Tonight is National Night Out, and there are several fun events happening around town starting at 6 p.m.
Each year, our neighborhoods host block parties, festivals, cookouts and various other community events with safety demonstrations, seminars, youth events, visits from emergency personnel, exhibits and more.
It's part of a national initiative to promote police-community partnerships and neighborhood camaraderie.
Here's a list of neighborhood gathering locations this year, provided by Redwood City. Read more here.
