A Circle K clerk was threatened with a large kitchen knife by a masked robber, compelling him to hand over the contents of the register, while another masked robber acted as a lookout, the Redwood City Police Department said in a news release on Tuesday.
The robbery occurred on Monday, Oct. 2, around 9:19 p.m.. Officers from the Redwood City Police Department arrived on the scene at 602 El Camino Real following the report. Witnesses later described the suspects fleeing eastward across El Camino Real on mountain bikes, police said.
