The performance, specifically written for this production, will take place from Nov. 3-5 at McKinley Auditorium, located at 400 Duane St.

Directed by Lauren Mayer, the adaptation aims to explore the tale as a metaphor for personal growth and navigating the complexities of adulthood.

"In our version, Wonderland and its inhabitants are just as important as Alice," Mayer said.

Mayer also emphasized the fresh take that the school's talented cast of 36 brings to the classic story.

“The North Star kids are amazing,” she said. “They are so creative and have fascinating insights and ideas about the characters and the stories.”
