I love animals. In my house, I try to carefully catch and release even the peskiest mosquitoes and flies rather than smush them (my cats, on the other hand, are not nearly so pacifistic). But I still have a lot to learn about insects – and spiders and other “bugs.” Luckily, Beetlelady (Dr. Stephanie Dole) is here to teach us about these fascinating little creatures through her presentations, her animal ambassadors and her book. Learn about her work in this week’s feature and you might gain a new appreciation for all sorts of creepy crawlers.
