Police: Avenue Liquors manager ignited gasoline before fire
More than nine months after a fire at Avenue Liquors killed two employees, Redwood City police said Thursday that investigators believe longtime store manager Benigno “Benny” Nuguid Pare intentionally ignited gasoline inside the business.
