Here are the local residents who died recently:
Judy Diamond Faltz, 87, a longtime Palo Alto librarian who spent over 30 years at Nielsen Engineering embracing the excitement of a changing field, and who was a devoted volunteer and literature lover, died on July 22, 2025.
Josef V. Cervenka, 97, a Palo Alto resident and Czechoslovakian-born commercial photographer who helped produce the Sears Catalog and fulfilled his dream of moving to California to be near his grandchildren, died on July 23, 2025.
