The Peninsula Humane Society & SPCA’s Pet of the Week is Stubbs.
Stubbs is a young adult bearded dragon looking for his forever home. He has a feisty personality and would love to go to a home with someone who has bearded dragon experience and is likely to understand him! For example, his future person might know that bearded dragons sometimes puff out their throats (or “beards”) when they become stressed or feel threatened.
Stubbs would be most comfortable in a big enclosure of at least 60 gallons, with plenty of space to explore. Proper heating and UVB lighting will help keep him warm and his bones strong.
