Today is the last day for Redwood City residents – and others, of course – to enjoy some free music at Stafford Park. If you've been enjoying these events over the last 10 weeks, then you probably know that today is the last day.
It has been a musical summer, alright. So far, the 2023 season featured concerts on Wednesday evenings at Stafford Park; genres included swing, soul, celtic, zydeco and blues, among others.
There is a concession tent selling hamburgers, hot dogs, potato chips and drinks, operated by the Optimist Club of Redwood City. All proceeds benefit the Save the Music program in Redwood City Schools.
