A Silver Alert was issued early Tuesday morning for an 87-year-old woman who was last seen in Redwood City, according to the California Highway Patrol.
Ena Adams was last seen about 2 p.m. Monday in Redwood City, with the alert covering San Mateo, Alameda, Stanislaus, Merced and San Joaquin counties.
The Silver Alert was activated by the CHP on behalf of the Redwood City Police Department.
Adams is described as 5 feet, 4 inches tall and weighing about 135 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. She was last known to be wearing a brown and orange floral shirt and salmon-colored pants.
The CHP said Adams is believed to be driving a brown 2012 Honda CR-V with California license plate 9CQH989.
Anyone who sees her or the Honda CR-V is urged to call 911.
