Redwood City facilities to close for the holidays

Redwood City Hall and most city departments will close for the holidays from Tuesday, Dec. 24, through Wednesday, Jan. 1.

Normal operations will resume on Thursday, Jan. 2, and remain open on Friday, Jan. 3.

The closures include administrative offices for the Police, Fire, and Public Works Services departments, as well as the Parks, Recreation, and Community Services Department.

Emergency services will remain available during the holiday period.

The Library Department will be closed December 24-25 and December 31-January 1. The Fair Oaks Community Center and Veterans Memorial Senior Center will also observe closures from December 23-25 and December 28-January 1, though lunches for seniors will still be provided on days the centers are open.
