The Redwood City Pulse welcomes community members to post the obituaries of local residents on "Lasting Memories," the website for Midpeninsula memorials and remembrances.
Lasting Memories is a free service of the Pulse's parent company, Embarcadero Media, that provides a way for people to inform others in the community of a local resident's death. The site is self-serve, meaning that people can submit an obituary at any time. A photo can be uploaded as well.
Obituaries may be posted by relatives for any person who resided during any portion of their life in Redwood City. Information submitted must be truthful and accurate.In addition, remembrances and photos may be added to the obituaries by people who knew the deceased. The family can choose to be notified of these comments.
The submitted obituaries will be reviewed by editors prior to being posted, to ensure their appropriateness and consistency with the site's terms of use.
