Redwood City School District (RCSD) has adjusted the COVID-19 testing schedule to help students and employees have access to testing before the upcoming Thanksgiving and Holiday breaks. Because schools will be closed during the scheduled holidays, the school district has made changes to the schedule and locations in order to provide testing to students and employees.
The following is the revised schedule around the Thanksgiving and Holiday breaks:
Thanksgiving Break:
Mon. Nov. 22:
Open testing at Kennedy School
1:30-4:15 p.m.
Tues. Nov. 23:
Open Testing at Hoover School
1:30-4:15 p.m.
*Hoover and Kennedy will be providing testing to all students and employees. Any student and employee from any of RCSD’s 12 schools can visit Hoover or Kennedy.
Mon. Nov. 29
Testing returns to its regular schedule at all RCSD school sites.
Wed. Dec. 8:
Open Testing at Hoover School
1:30-4:15 p.m.
*Because the district will be holding a vaccination clinic on Thurs. Dec. 9 for families returning for their child's second dose, the routine Thursday open testing at Hoover has been moved to Wednesday, December 8.
Holiday Break:
Mon. Dec. 20:
Open testing at Kennedy School
1:30-4:15 p.m.
Tues. Dec. 21:
Open Testing at Hoover School
1:30-4:15 p.m.
Mon. Dec. 27:
Open testing at Kennedy School
1:30-4:15 p.m.
Tues. Dec. 28:
Open testing at Hoover School
1:30-4:15 p.m.
