Chick-fil-A’s Redwood City location on Whipple Avenue is set to reopen on Tuesday, Dec. 10, at 6:30 a.m., following a closure that began on Friday, Sept. 13, for extensive renovations.
The restaurant is located at 536 Whipple Ave.
The remodeled restaurant features a new drive-through door and an enhanced drive-through layout designed to reduce traffic congestion on Whipple Avenue. Additional parking spaces and improved traffic flow within the lot aim to provide a more efficient experience for customers.
Operating hours will be Monday through Saturday, 6:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. The restaurant remains closed on Sundays, per Chick-fil-A’s nationwide policy.
The Whipple Avenue location originally opened in July 2020.

Wow, amazing they actually fixed it. Always hated dealing with the traffic this place caused. Any idea what spurred the change? I can’t believe a business would shut down for 3 months out of the goodness of their hearts, but I’d think once the plans were approved by the city, they wouldn’t have much leverage to force a change.
Yes, Absolutely.
