I’m supporting Chelsea Bonini for San Mateo County Superintendent of Schools, and I’d love for you to join me.
I met Chelsea when I got involved in the juvenile legal system. I met her because she is always at our Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention Commission meetings. It quickly became obvious that she shows up EVERYWHERE in all kinds of situations that have anything to do with our youth!
She lends her energy, her voice and her expertise and is always available when there is a need.
I also know her opponent. I respect him, and he is out raising Chelsea, but I don’t see him in the spaces advocating for our youth. So between the two, it is an obvious choice for me. Chelsea is also just a really smart and very kind person who is immediately obvious to really care about our youth.
Chelsea is a teacher, attorney, and elected County Board of Education Trustee with over 30 years of experience in San Mateo County schools. She’s running on a platform of strong literacy instruction, accessible mental health supports, meeting every student where they are, and full transparency and accountability in how our public dollars are spent. Her campaign is focused on supporting students, families, and educators. You can find out more at www.votebonini.com.
Ballots will be mailed on May 4th. Please vote for Chelsea Bonini for San Mateo County
Superintendent of Schools by June 2nd.
Thank you so much for taking the time to read this and for being part of making our community stronger.
